Do You Want To Make The Tastiest Beer Ever?

Hi, my name is Des and can I tell you that when I first started brewing my own beer … It tasted terrible – lol

The decision to start making my own beer was because I could no longer enjoy drinking “commercial” beer due to all the studies etc that have come out lately about what is actually in the tap water we drink, that plus the money I save every week is enough to get that extra game of golf a week … So it was a no-brainer.

Now, when I first started, I was trying this and trying that because I thought there was a lot of people out there making their own beer so it couldn’t be that hard … right? Well, not so right.

After a few attempts of going it alone and starting to get a little frustrated with the lack of, well, it just tasted crappy. So I jumped online and did some research and found this excellent site that had “secret” (that’s the catch phrase of the decade, isn’t it) recipes that turned my beer making prowess from very ordinary into somewhat of beer brewing master.

Now, when friends come over, I just give them a “homie” and sit back to see if they say anything and the comments very from “where did you buy this” to “you’ve got to show me how”. So I point them in the same direction as I’m going to point you Don’t waste any more time thinking you can master beer brewing by yourself, get the tips from the pro’s. It’s a small price to pay to be proud of the beer you make.

Beer Making Recipes

Do you like to drink things that you have to train yourself to like? Well, I have good news for you. It turns out that you can make beer in your own house. In most states this is entirely legal as long as you follow some guidelines. Before you start following any beer making recipes, you should figure out what the exact rules are in your state.

After you’ve taken care of that, you’re ready to follow some beer making recipes. If this is your first time, you should follow a pretty standard recipe. Some recipes allow you to pick and choose how much of certain ingredients you are going to put into the beer. This can get pretty complicated. If you are a beginner, then you should go with one of the easier beer making recipes.

The difference between beer making recipes can be very subtle. Overall, you will be doing basically the same thing when you make beer. You put together the same ingredients and then you play the waiting game. I should probably note that this entire process is somewhat dangerous. More than a few people have had their heads blown in half by exploding beer bottles. You need to be careful while you are brewing the beer.

Never just follow one recipe. You should try several to see what type of beer you like the most. Different beer making recipes will create different tasting beer. Depending on how many hops you put into the beer, the beer will be more or less bitter. If you like beer that is very bitter, then you will probably want to follow a recipe that uses more hops. If you want beer that is less bitter, then you will want to follow a recipe that uses fewer hops. It’s pretty simple when you get the hang of it.

When you get more experienced, you can buy less of the premade ingredients. You will find that your beer tastes fresher when you make everything from scratch. Still, it’s a smart idea to start at a beginner’s level. You don’t want to bite off more than you can chew. Beer making recipes will correspond to your competency level.

If you try to make a beer that is too advanced, you might screw it up and waste all of the ingredients. It takes a while to make beer, so this can be very frustrating. If you start with a simpler recipe, then you can learn the ropes a little bit before trying something harder. Also, you will be more likely to end up with stuff that you can actually drink. So, start with the easier beer making recipes and work up from there.

Hopefully this guide will help you out as you choose look at beer making recipes. This is an exciting time. Soon you will be able to get intoxicated without having to go all the way to the store first. Also, the drink that you have trained yourself to like will taste better.

Supply Yourself with Home Brew

So, you want to make some beer but you don’t know which supplies to get. Some are essential, and others are not. This article will not discuss the obvious supplies. Those you can figure out on your own. Instead, we will talk about the things that you might not think of getting on your own. These things can make your home brew experience a lot easier. So before you go to the supply store and just blindly buy whatever you think you need, take a moment to read this article.

One supply that many people enjoy having for their home brew collection is a hand-held capper. You see, when you home brew you will need to transfer your creation from a keg into bottles. Once they are in the bottle you will need to seal the bottle. Different companies supply you with different ways of being able to do this. Some companies will give you two liter bottles to put the beer into. That means that when you want to drink the beer, you have two liters on your hands. That is a lot to down in one sitting. If you get a hand-held capper, then you can put the beer into smaller bottles and seal them up. Then, when it is time to drink it, you can drink a smaller amount.

Another great supply that you should have to make your home brew experience better is a printer. Now, you might be thinking I’m kooky for saying that a printer can be used for brewing, but I’m not kooky at all. You see, you can use your printer to print out your own labels for your home brew creations. If you are planning on giving out any of your brew as gifts, this can make it far more presentable.

There are a few different Web sites that you can go to. You don’t have to use a Web site either. You can just make a design using whatever designing software you have on your computer. Then you print it out onto sticker paper. Just think of how much better your bottles are going to look when they have your own clever labels on them. This is reason enough for brewing the beer.

Another supply that you should really look into getting before you start the home brew process is a refrigerator. I can’t tell you how many people try to brew without a fridge. I don’t know what they’re thinking. Sure, the first part of the brewing process doesn’t need a fridge. Still, after that’s done you do need a fridge. So, if you don’t have a fridge, you should get one. Besides brewing, it will also keep other foods cold. It’s just a good thing to have.

Now you know about a few different things you may not have known about before. Remember, to make the best stuff you need to have more than one good supply. If you’re going to home brew, you should do it right.

Home Beer Making

Did you know that making beer in your home is possible? I’d always thought that you needed a great big factory to be able to make beer. It turns out you don’t need anything all that fancy. All you need are a few cheap ingredients and then you can create your own.

On top of it being a possibility, it’s also entirely legal. I mean, unless you live in Alabama. I guess in Alabama it is still illegal to do it. So, if you don’t live in Alabama you should be alright. You should still check with the police just to make sure. Just don’t call their emergency number, because no matter how much you want a drink, this is not an emergency.

So, once you realize that home beer making is legal and possible, you’ll probably start trying to do it. Well, good luck getting it done without knowing what the ingredients are. Just because you know what it tastes like doesn’t mean you’re going to be able to make it yourself. If you could do that, then you’d be some sort of tasting genius. Chances are you aren’t one of those. Chances are you’re going to need a recipe. It’s a good thing that the internet is filled with those kinds of recipes. So, you’ll be able to take part in some home beer making in no time.

Home beer making is a little dangerous. Oh, and it’s also illegal if you’re under 21. So, if you’re a kid, don’t even think about making this stuff. You’ll be behind bars before it’s even done with its first stage of fermenting. I’m not too worried about kids doing this, anyway. It takes a lot of patience to excel at home beer making. Kids don’t have what it takes to wait for the stuff to finish. They’d probably drink the stuff right after they mixed it together. Oh, I bet that would taste pretty bad.

So, if you aren’t a kid and you have a recipe, then you’re ready to start. All you have to do now is go out to the store and buy all the stuff you need. That is unless you live on a farm where all that stuff is growing in your backyard. If you thought this was going to be free, then you were crazy. It might cheaper than buying the stuff, but you’re still going to have to invest some money. Home beer making isn’t free.

After you’ve finished making it, you might want to give some away. You’ll have a lot of beer on your hands. Don’t try to drink it all. You’ll turn yourself into a drunken fool. Home beer making is fun, but it really churns out a lot alcohol. Oh yeah, beer has alcohol in it. So, if you don’t like alcohol then you shouldn’t do any home beer making.

Well, now you know a little more about home beer making. I hope this was informational to you and not just a lot of words.

Home Beer Brewing

If you aren’t patient, then don’t even try to do any home beer brewing. You won’t make it. If you try to do home beer brewing and you aren’t patient, then you will never let it sit long enough. You’ll always take it out too early and it’ll be horrible. Then, you’ll try to give it away to people and they’ll think it’s gross too. Leave home beer brewing to the professionals. What does it take to be a professional? You just need to not be impatient.

There are a lot of people out there who waste money on home beer brewing supplies. They think they are saving money, but they are actually just wasting it. This is because they do not know how to actually brew the beer. They just think they need to get the stuff from the recipe, throw it in a keg, and then wait a few hours. People like this can never wait long enough for the beer to be ready. They ruin perfectly good ingredients. I mean, beer is just a bunch of ingredients that have rotted. It’s pretty hard to screw something up when all you have to do is wait for it to rot. Still, there are plenty of people out there who find a way to mess up home beer brewing.

Brewing your own home brew is work. Some people will say it’s a lot of fun, but it’s not just fun. It’s real work that you have to do. Sometimes work involves waiting for something to happen. If you aren’t waiting, then you aren’t working. Remember, patience is a virtue. Although, I’m pretty sure drinking beer is not a virtue.

If you have trouble waiting for things to happen, then you have a problem with patience. Luckily, there are ways to be able to increase your level of patience. This will help you be better at home beer brewing. What you need to do is learn how to breathe. Now, I know you already know how to breathe enough to stay alive. Sometimes that’s not enough. Sometimes you have to breathe more than that. You have to breathe until you can really focus on what’s important. You have to see beyond what you think you want now, and forward to a time when you can have it if you’re patient. Then, you will be able to be patient.

Patient people can be excellent at home beer brewing. When they look at their bottles of brewing beer, they see something that will only truly exist if they are patient. They do not recognize things as a reality before they are ready. This is what makes them so good at being patient. You would be more patient if you realized that things do not even exist until they are ready.

So, now you know the value of patience, maybe you will be better at home beer brewing. Just don’t take it out too early. If you do, don’t say I didn’t warn you.
